What’s the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order is 25 pcs per design depending on the article. If you need less, ask—sometimes we can still help depending on the article and printing method.
What are your lead times? Can you do rush orders?
Lead time depends on the garment, quantity, and print method. Share your deadline and we’ll confirm the fastest option upfront.
Can you print front + back + sleeve?
Yes. We can print or embroider multiple placements—front, back, sleeve, and chest. Tell us what you want and we’ll price it clearly.
Can I mix sizes in one order?
Absolutely. Mix sizes freely within the same design—most business orders do.
Do you provide a size chart or fitting help?
Yes. We’ll send the correct size chart for your chosen garment and can recommend sizing based on fit (regular, slim, oversized).
What file types do you accept for logos?
Best: AI, PDF, SVG, EPS. Also accepted: high-resolution PNG/JPG. If you’re not sure, send what you have—we’ll advise.
Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes. You’ll receive a clear proof to approve before production starts, so there are no surprises.
How does pricing change with quantity?
The more you order, the lower the cost per piece—especially for larger print runs. We’ll show the best price breaks in your quote.
Can you help if my logo isn’t print-ready?
Yes. We can clean up or prepare artwork for print, and we’ll let you know in advance if any setup is needed.
What’s your returns/reprints policy?
Because items are custom, returns aren’t usually possible—but if there’s a production error or defect, we’ll fix it quickly with a reprint or replacement.
